Can you tell I'm ready for summer vacation?!? I think if maybe I say it enough times it will come faster - ha!
Saturday night the Vaughn's came over for a little play, dinner and s'mores. We had fun as usual... the s'mores were a big hit even with the rain!

Then, Brody stayed for Grady's first official slumber party (he stayed the night there when I had Cole 2 years ago). The boys had such a good time. These two have been friends for 5 years. They watched the Sandlot, had popcorn and played and played and played!
They wrestled and giggled and laughed until about 10:30-11:00. Then, they slept upstairs on the floor.
We had a big, yummy breakfast of eggs, pancakes, sausages and fruit! Three boys... it was loud and crazy and I loved every second!
We ordered pizza and the kids had cupcakes - yum!
After that, they invited us over to swim at their pool for our first swim of the year! The big kids jumped right in... Cole did a lot of first step playing and throwing pool toys in. Michelle and I enjoyed catching up and some sun!
It's a three day weekend so we have no school/work tomorrow -- wahoo! Another little taste of summer to tide us over....
