A Picnic and the Park

Today was Grady's 2nd and final day at Winkids Olympic Camp.  He had a blast!  Thank you Groupon for making this affordable! This is the only picture I got because there is a big glass wall and I had Cole...  The kids got to jump around with stuffed animals today because that's what you do in the Olympics?!?  Not really sure what he learned about the Olympics, but he had a super time and that's all that matters! 

Afterwards, I thought it would be fun to pick up lunch from Sonic, and head to our local wooden park.  Grady had been begging to go there and since it was only supposed to be a cool 94 today... well, I couldn't say no!

 We were at the park, but he insisted on bringing his ball and glove to play with.  

This kid got bitten by the baseball bug... B-A-D!

The kids both get the reddest lil faces when they are outside and running around in this heat... they get this from me!  I always look like I'm about to pass out, even if I'm not too hot!  Gotta love the pale skin and freckles!  Luckily G takes after either my mom's side or Richard, and it looks like C is going to as well. 

Today has been a really good day.  

I think we might have to reward ourselves with some pool action tonight!
