A Couple of Parties, Pictures, Cabelas and an Elf... Goodness!

Last week was Grady's class Christmas Party!  Santa was there, Mrs. Claus was there, Michelle was there, Richard was there... notice I am not on that list!  Sometimes being a working mom stinks... ANYWAY - I wasn't able to be there in mom-mode that day, but Daddy was and Michelle took some pictures. By the looks of it (and the report after school) Grady and the other kiddos had a wonderful time!  I LOVE that the kids all got to sit on Santa's lap!  They also decorated cookies, played Bingo and had lots of yummy treats!

Friday night was Richard's work Christmas Party.  The food was great and I had a really good time visiting with everyone I hardly ever get to see!  Elaine babysat and the kids had a great time with her, as usual!

Saturday morning we had pictures taken of the boys.  I think they turned out really good and can't wait to see the proofs... not excited about having to narrow the choices down from 500 to 10...but excited none-the-less!  (This is my early Christmas present from R - I LOVE that guy!) We also goofed off around the house...

After naps we headed to Cabela's for some Christmas shopping and play!  We always have fun at Cabelas! 

Lil Man turned 9 Months Friday... my goodness he has changed so much recently!  More on this tomorrow after his well-check!  

If you have little ones you are WELL aware of it being exactly a week until Christmas... we are SUPER excited at this house!  Smitty, our Elf has been up to all kinds of things lately...

  Only 7 more days....!!!

A busy weekend... yet again.... but we wouldn't have it any other way!
