Adventures with Mashed Potatoes...

Cole apparently LOVES mashed potatoes, and loves is an understatement!  I gave them to him at Thanksgiving for the first time and he enjoyed them, but last night... he devoured them!  Every time he would run out (I just plopped them on the tray because I couldn't get them in his mouth fast enough) he would start to kick his legs and grunt at me.  It was hysterical!  That kid ate a cup of mashed potatoes... easily.  He has good taste at least... I have to say, they are one of my favorites as well!  They however are not as easy to clean up...!
