Cole is 4 Months!

Happy 4 Month Birthday Cole!!!

Today we went to see Dr. K for your 4 month check up and (stinky) shots.  You are as healthy as a horse!  She was most surprised at your head size going from 10%-95%... Guess you have grown one large noggin(for all your brains...)!  She said that you were extremely strong and wiggly.  Dr. K was impressed at your tracking, head control and strong legs.  You showed her your silly faces and smiled and laughed quite a bit for her.  You have the cutest laugh!  We also talked about your eczema.  :(  Poor baby, you have very sensitive skin.  We're hoping that you are just sensitive to the heat and grow out of it.  For the meantime we are using special soap, and oiling you up every night... you LOVE getting to roll around naked!  The appointment ended with shots.  You smiled through the first one but about 3 seconds after the 2nd one hit you started to cry... only for about 10 seconds though.  Once I picked you up you were back to your normal happy self!  

You sleep from 8:15 - 7:30 ish each night and take 4 naps a day, after each bottle. You take 5 bottles, about 33-37 ounces a day. You have started to watch us when we eat, I have a feeling we'll start some food with you in about a month. You are almost sitting up, so that should make a high chair easier. You do like to sit in the bumbo.

Here you are with your fingers in your mouth.... seems to be a pattern lately.  You have cut one tooth (bottom, front) and the other one is just under the skin.  You've even been finding your thumb lately and it's pretty stinkin' cute!  Not so cute once you are crawling and put your fingers in your mouth - gross!      

This was one of my favorite onesies of Grady's... looks like you are growing right out of it!

You LOVE the exersaucer and are starting to bounce in it. 

You also are learning to play with the animals attached to it!

You really like to roll onto your side to grab things. 

You really are becoming quite the roly-poly!

Everything ends up going in your mouth!

You have the sweetest big brown eyes, just like Big Brother and Daddy!

I LOVE this little outfit!  Big boy plaid pants!

You wore this to church and got lots of compliments.  Speaking of church, we keep you with us during the service and you are excellent! 

Speaking of "talking", you talk up a storm and make just about very sound there is to make!

I love it when you get going and really let us have it!

Cole, we love everything about you.

We love to kiss your little fingers and toes.  

We love the way you smile from ear to ear when Grady walks in the room.   

You are still the happiest, most laid back baby.  (knock on wood)
