So Grady's 4th Birthday just happened to fall on Super Bowl Sunday, 2011 this year! We decided to have friends over for a Mini-Super Bowl party that evening.... Grady kept calling it "His" Super-Bowl Birthday Party... It did include lots of yummy food and birthday cupcakes so he was sorta right I suppose! These kiddos had such a great time playing and wrestling and playing and wrestling.... the weather had been so terribly cold that we were jumping on any and every opportunity to make play-dates with each other!
That morning Daddy and Mommy sang Happy Birthday to Grady and he proceeded to BEG to open his presents... Not before a yummy breakfast of blueberry pancakes, sausage and raspberries -- all Grady's favorites!

Here are the blue and orange cupcakes Grady requested. I am not a talented decorator but these cupcakes tasted really yummy and Grady thought they were awesome! During the Super Bowl Party, the other kiddos enjoyed these yummy cupcakes and pizza too, both Grady's favorites!!!

More playing and wrestling with Monster Trucks while parents (kind-of)watched the game. The Packers ended up beating the Steelers 31-25. The game was pretty uneventful, but the time spent with friends and celebrating Grady's birthday was priceless. Thanks to the Vaughns and Rabadeuxs for helping us celebrate 2 special events!
