Grady earned a free Six Flags Read to Succeed pass and so we took an end of Summer trip to Six Flags for a day of fun. Brody came along and we had a super fun day!
Grady and Brody rode lots and lots of rides... Cole isn't really fond of rides so we just kind of walked around... in 105 degrees. Note to self: next year, Richard needs to take Grady some evening!
Water rides were a must although Cole wasn't a big fan!
The Speight Family has a reunion every Summer in Branson, in July(can you say h-u-m-i-d), and the kids look forward to it all year long. My cousins kids are my kids only "cousins" and so they have a blast! We load up with lots of snacks, a cooler, DVD and fully charged technology! I used to love road trips when I was a kid and my kids do too!
We made a stop in Razorback territory... the boys were scouting out a possible future college! I've told them my only rule is within a days drive so this works!
We brought a special cake for Papa's birthday!
