So we woke up really early Saturday morning to fly to Utah to see Mimi, Papa and Uncle Craig for Christmas. This is the way we roll... pajamas are completely appropriate at 4:00 am!
The very afternoon we got there it started snowing. We couldn't wait to head outside so we just wore our pajamas!
I was giddy- I love a white Christmas just about more than anything else!
Cole spent some time eating snow and ice.
We always see lots of deer and this year did not disappoint!
It snowed and snowed and snowed off and on the entire 9 days we were there.
Cole did some shoveling while Craig wrapped up Grady with duct tape!
Cole and I built a snowman one day while Grady was skiing. Snowman selfie!!
Do you want to build a snowman?!?
We spent many days skiing and that also meant yummy Deer Valley cookies and hot chocolate!
Cole, Daddy and Mimi met us for lunch a couple days.
We can't wait for Daddy's knee to completely heal so he can hit the slopes with us again.
Cole also insisted to try skiing... I'd say the cookie went over better than the lesson!
He wore those goggles for 3 straight days I think...
Grady skied 5 days. He's gotten really good and skis way better than I do at this point. Thank goodness for Papa and Craig!
Through the trees with cousin Julie! We love that Julie came after Christmas to join in on our fun.
The views throughout the week were spectacular!
Very cool pic my brother took of Goose.
How cool is it to see Santa on the slopes?!?
We also made Gingerbread houses with Mimi. Daddy and Craig helped too- it was challenging and fun!
They turned out really cute and yummy!
We went on our annual tubing trip to Soldier Hollow.
It was Cole's first trip actually tubing and other than thinking we went too fast he liked it... we're not in love yet!
We decorated cookies for Santa.
Santa came and boy was he good to us!
Grady lined up their gifts- ha!
Of all the toys Cole got, his very favorite is the Ninja Turtle pez dispenser. Go figure!
Boy do we love wrestling with Papa- he's the best!
Sword fights! The boys got 4 swords this Christmas- ha!
I love these people!
What a fabulous way to end 2014! Thanks again to Mimi and Papa for such a great time!
