We have had the most beautiful fall weather the last few days! I just love the cooler temps, sweaters, jeans and boots, pumpkins, hot chocolate, crock-pot soups, park visits, chilly baseball games, pumpkin patch trips and college football. It's my very favorite time of year!
I baked these yummy chocolate chip pumpkin muffins for the kids - they gobbled them right up!
This was what we had for dinner a few nights this week. I mixed a few recipes and voila - a new fav! We'll call it chicken-tortilla-taco and cilantro rice soup!
