Fire Department Open House!

The little boys and I had the best time this morning at the Flower Mound Fire Department Open House!

Grady and Cole both enjoy seeing fire trucks and reading about them, so when I heard about this free event, we just had to go.

We learned all about the water trucks and ladder trucks and more... Grady could give you all the details.  He was fascinated with the facts.
Sweet Cole just wanted to see the "big twucks"
There was every kind of truck you could imagine, and clowns, and loads of free stuff!
The kids got to sit in a truck
and Grady got to spray the hose.
The kids had fun with sidewalk chalk and tatoos!

We also got to watch Care Flight land... which was the highlight of Cole's morning!

The boys enjoyed free hotdogs, soda and popcorn as well- score!

We even ran into some friends from school too!
Grady loved getting to wear the uniform!
It was fun getting to tell the firemen that his Uncle Jerry is a fireman too.  In fact, I remember G trying on a suit back when he was only 3.  Time flies...
Sweet 3 1/2 yr old Grady with Uncle Jerry!

What a great morning!

Love these two!!
Happy, happy, happy!!!

  1. That's funny we missed you! I can actually see the top of Beckett in one of your pictures {the careflight land}. We were right next to the police truck. Such a fun event!
