Texas Rangers 6U Baseball Season End

Grady ended his third season as a 6U Ranger in baseball just before the last week of school.  It was so fun to watch how much progress all of the boys made this season. When I watched the older boys at the next field play, I thought that there was no way we'd be ready for that next season... but I think they just might be ready!  The boys went from all except a few hitting off a tee to most everybody getting hits off coach pitches.  The last few games we even had some real plays where somebody fielded the hit ball, threw it to first and the first baseman caught it... amazing!

Richard helped coach again and was the pitcher, through tax season and all!  He is so encouraging to all of the kids... and Goose loved that his Daddy helps coach.  I also love that G loves baseball... you can see it in his face here... and this is what life is all about anyway, right?!?

Grady played with quite a few of his same teammates from last season and also a few soccer teammates, which made it really fun.  I'm hoping that we'll get to stay together for fall ball too, along with Grady adding flag football to his list of sports!
