and yummy cinnamon rolls made by Daddy- delish! We also let G open a present, to tide him over until the evening!
Today also just happened to be the 100th Day of School, so Goose was super excited! He brought the class chocolate covered donuts the day before (because 100 day included a yummy snack anyway), and got to wear the birthday crown!
It was an extra special treat when Daddy showed up to eat lunch with Grady with McDonald's in hand!
I had to pop down to say hello as well!
After school Grady couldn't wait to get home to put together his present from the morning... and of course eat his choice of birthday dinner... green eggs and ham with chocolate chip pancakes! HA! The rest of us didn't mind too much...
After dinner, he opened some more presents... with Cole trying to help!
I LOVE this picture of these three... folded laundry in the background and all!
Star Wars, Ninjago and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles seem to be what's "hot" right now for little boys! G was thrilled!!! Thanks Mimi, Papa and Great Grammy Hulda!
Lil bro gave him the golden ninja from Ninjago... score.
Beautiful Safari book from the Williams Family!
Since his party is Saturday with a big cake, we decided to go with Grady's fav treat - ice cream from Beth Marie's! Mint Cookie was the choice tonight - yum!
We also talked to Uncle Craig, Mimi and Papa, Grammy Elaine and Aunt Lana!
Cole looks so big sitting there eating his ice cream too!
Always a little run afterwards!
The perfect end to the perfect birthday!
Happy Birthday Grady... next up... party time!
