So our Halloween night was super fun... Grady was really into it and it's was Cole's first! It was a school day/night, which stinks for kids and teachers - so we got started early and wrapped up early as well. I picked up the kiddos earlier than usual and we came home to play and carve our Jack-o-Lantern. Grady had very specific ideas... he wanted triangle eyes, a square nose and a scary mouth.
Cole didn't care too much, he was busy pulling up and looking out the window!
Grady loved carving the pumpkin and scooping out the guts! He helped a bunch!!!
We then had some dinner, got in our costumes and took some pictures.
My cuties - Spiderman and a Lion!!!
Cole wasn't too fond of the hat part of his costume...
He kept leaning down like it was weighing him down!
Cutest little lion on the block!
Grammy came over to join in on the fun as well!
The four of us... kinda blurry but we are all looking and smiling!
Monumental...
Grady had so much fun going from house to house, and Cole was happy to ride in the stroller, or in Daddy's arms.
Grady said "Trick-or-Treat" and "Thank you" really well this year!
He even encouraged some people to feel his muscles and told others Happy Halloween!
Costume looks a little small here.... the small was snug and the medium was huge!
Oh well, at least he's 4...
On Saturday night we met up with the Vaughn Family at church for some Trunk-or-Treating. We were coming straight from T-ball so we were a little late but the kids had a wonderful time anyway!
Spider man (Grady), Tinkerbell (Kate) and Iron man (Brody)
Cole enjoyed the evening by taking a nap... poor little guy was all tuckered out!
We then ended our busy Saturday with a trip to Snuffers... a family favorite!
Happy Halloween everyone!!!
