Summer Fun

Whew.... when it's soooooo hot during the day (and even night) you have to take advantage of the indoors and/or evenings to have some summer fun!  We did all kinds of fun things together this summer.... trips to the park, Barnes and Noble, story time, pool with friends(lots and lots- you have become quite the swimmer), movies, meeting Daddy for lunch, go carts, putt-putt, and trips to Florida, Missouri and Utah.

 You and Daddy racing around the track... you kept wanting Mommy to ride too..... but Mommy was pregnant (a big secret to you) and not feeling very well pretty much all of the time!  Sorry buddy!!!

You have gotten pretty good at golf lately.  Daddy takes you to the driving range and you love to practice putting on the carpet in our bedroom. 

You even get some "pars" when we putt-putt!!!

Don't get me wrong, I love teaching but summers are the very best!!!  I love each and every second we spend together and seeing you grow and mature every day.  This summer was so fun because you have such personality and are becoming so funny, sweet and smart.  You can do so much on your own (slightly bittersweet for Mommy)  but are still very cuddly and loving.  I can't wait until next summer....  I love you Grady, to the ends of my fingers!!!
